Please note, there is no way to log in from the CROSStrax information site located at www.crosstrax.co.
Every CROSStrax account has a unique web address where all users of that system will log in.
If you are the account administrator, you chose a subdomain when you signed up. You also received a welcome email that has your login address as well.
Here are two examples:
- If you chose ‘smith’ as your subdomain, your login address is at https://smith.crosstrax.co
- If you chose ‘investigation’ as your subdomain, your login address is at https://investigation.crosstrax.co
If you are a user of the system, please contact the Administrator of the account you are trying log in to. They will be able to provide you the link to login. If you need additional assistance, please email us at support@crosstrax.co
